Thank you for shopping with the Asteroid Network. Below is our official Shipping Policy outlining how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


🔹 1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once processed, your order will be packaged securely and prepared for shipment.


🔹 2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or regional conditions.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary by location and customs processing and may take 7–21 business days.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or duties required by their country.


🔹 3. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.
Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your tracking number.


🔹 4. Secure Packaging

Asteroid Notes are physical prepaid voucher notes and are shipped in protective packaging to prevent bending or damage.
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for replacement instructions.


🔹 5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

We cannot refund orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

If the package is returned to us, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.


🔹 6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If a package is lost before delivery, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we cannot replace or refund the order.


🔹 7. International Restrictions

Some countries may restrict the import of voucher-style items or printed notes.
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm import rules before ordering internationally.
