🔹 1. What are Asteroid Notes?

Asteroid Notes are physical prepaid voucher notes printed on high-quality voucher paper. Each note carries a specific discount value that can be used inside the Asteroid ecosystem through participating merchants, agents, or partners.


🔹 2. Are Asteroid Notes money or legal tender?

No. Asteroid Notes are not legal tender, not currency, and not cash.
They are prepaid voucher notes used only inside the Asteroid ecosystem.


🔹 3. Are Asteroid Notes a form of cryptocurrency?

No.
Asteroid Notes are not cryptocurrency and do not operate on any blockchain.
They are strictly physical prepaid vouchers.


🔹 4. Do Asteroid Notes expire?

No.
Asteroid Notes have no expiration date and can be used inside the ecosystem for as long as participating merchants and agents continue to accept them.


🔹 5. Can I redeem Asteroid Notes for cash?

No.
Asteroid Notes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or returned for money.


🔹 6. How do I use an Asteroid Note?

Simply present the physical note to a participating merchant, agent, or partner.
They will apply the discount value shown on the note toward eligible goods or services inside the ecosystem.


🔹 7. What denominations are available?

Asteroid Notes are currently available in:
5, 10, 20, 50, 100, and 1000 value denominations.


🔹 8. Do I need an app, digital wallet, or account to use the notes?

No.
Asteroid Notes are 100% physical and require no apps, no digital wallets, and no online accounts.


🔹 9. How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method.


🔹 10. Do you ship internationally?

Yes.
International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on customs and country delivery times.


🔹 11. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your:

  • order number

  • photos of the damage

  • photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same item.


🔹 12. Can I return or exchange Asteroid Notes?

No.
All sales of prepaid voucher notes are final.
Exceptions are only made for printing defects, damage during shipping, or incorrect items.


🔹 13. What if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If tracking shows “Delivered,” please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly.
We cannot issue refunds for packages marked delivered.


🔹 14. Can businesses accept Asteroid Notes?

Yes.
