Thank you for shopping with the Asteroid Network. We take pride in producing high-quality physical prepaid voucher notes and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Because of the unique nature of these products, please review our refund and return policies below.

🔹 1. All Sales Are Final

Asteroid Notes are physical prepaid voucher notes, and all purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

This ensures the security, authenticity, and integrity of each note once it leaves our facility.

🔹 2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Asteroid Notes (any denomination)

  • Prepaid voucher products

  • Limited-edition notes

  • Discounted items

  • Any physical or digital promotional items

This policy applies whether the items have been opened or remain sealed.

🔹 3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives physically damaged, contains a misprint, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the envelope/package

  • Photos of the product issue

If the issue is verified, we will send a replacement of the same item and denomination.

Replacements are issued only for:

  • printing defects

  • damage during shipping

  • incorrect items shipped

We do not issue monetary refunds.

🔹 4. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.
Once a package is marked delivered, we cannot issue refunds.

If the package is lost before delivery, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Replacement options may be offered depending on the situation.

🔹 5. Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address due to customer error cannot be refunded.

If returned to us, we can reship the order for a small additional shipping fee.

🔹 6. No Cash Value

Asteroid Notes have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable for money.
Refunds cannot be issued for unused, lost, or misplaced notes.
